Thank you so much i had this problem for a year n i took it to so many ppl and no one could fix it, I've changed the screen twice because of that, all i had to do was change the refresh rate, again thank you so so much you are amazing ❤❤❤❤

Recently, i bought a new laptop and facing the same problem showed in the video. The condition is same where my laptop is 144Hz and has dual gpu(igpu and dgpu). Right now, I'm trying your solution with a hope it can be solved. TQ for sharing, mate.

For anyone having this problem randomly, I tried doing the same thing the video said, but it still didn't work. However, I reset my Windows 11 on my Acer Nitro 5 and everything is back to normal (The video is great though)

Guys i've found methods

Method 1
Do this guy's method

Method 2 (this worked for me)
Uninstall the battery from the device manager (all of them)
and restart your laptop

Method 3
do a cmd sfc /scannow (must be run in administrator)

Method 4
Go to your nearest Technician if problem is on the hardware.
Might be some disconnected cables from your laptop's monitor.

Method 5
Buy a new laptop :3

OMG my 144Hz flick and black blank square at bottom taskbar so big. I tought i can't fix it anymore. But then i've changed it to 60Hz fron display settings and it works normally. The blank spot r gone now. Maybe this can be a solution when u r not going to replace the LCD or find the problem

Flickering happens when i use Excel and autocad, so should i do the same step?

I have an Acer Triton. Its panel has 240hz refresh rate and all that stuff.
My case is: when I lower the brightness of the screen to the lowest, I see (in white backgrounds) very faintly that it has some kind of ‘blinking ‘ effect, once I bump the brightness to at least 1% it’s gone. What the fuck is this? It annoys me so much.

doesn't work, but when i turn off adaptive sync from intel graphics settings the screen stops flashing but it starts flickering..

Bro, my Laptop NItro 5(Windows 10) doesn't have this variable refresh rate turning on and turning off option, only manual changing between 60 and 144Hz. Был бы рад если бы помог :)
