Thank you soooo much! Some of my shrubs get the white mildew powder on them during the summer. So I decided to treat them for the first time this year. I hope it helps. Oh, I do have one question, do you think I should wait until after it rains before I treat it? Just curious since you said it's bests to water it before you treat great tip by the way!!

Have you worked with Empire Zoysia? I'm hearing so many conflicting maintenance tips about this turf. I'm new to warm weather turf, just relocated from R.I to Panhandle Florida area. And the builder did a great job starting this turf out for us, but the hydration process for me seems to be a challenge. I hear it doesn't need a lot of water, then I hear you need to water it 5 times a week. The info on Empire Zoysia is all over the map. Spring time I noticed ring rust which Ive been treating with a rotation of fungicide. I hear ring rust is because of improper watering. 😆 It's crazy.
