Arduino 17 RFID RC522 Simple Tutorial

A tutorial on how to connect and authenticate different RF ID cards by scanning the card serial numbers.

This is not the best security, but enough for getting started at least.

Hello, thanks for the tutorial.
I have a problem: Cannot compile the example sketch if this library and your sketch too.
When start the compile, the status bar stop in the middle. Waited few min, and still on half, no error.
Im using 1.0.5-r2 arduino.

thank's for video, i have a question, how could i put names to each rfid cards?, for example, the first card means Pablo's card, so this name were shown on serial monitor instead of numbers
