Finally, the rock has come back to table tops! thank you so much not just for a product that does what others cannot do, but for taking the time to explain in detail what so many other videos fail to explain. I have searched dozens of video wanting to find out about the layers and you explained it fully. Thank you so much.

I just started with resin about two weeks ago and have been having trouble finding people who can actually walk me through it and give me the info I need as a beginner. I happened to come across the video y’all did with the bullets and Gun metal casting resin and followed yall. This is what I have been looking for and I appreciate it so much! You guys are awesome!

Great advice with the deep pour and waiting to stir it. I did my project. Made my swirls and babysat the pour four a couple hrs popping bubbles. Can out the nest day and the coloured swirls were basically gone. Glad I found this tip thx!

I am new at epoxy resin pours. I poured a cresent moon mold to make a night light for my granddaughter. I noticed a couple of round indentations after it dried. It was level when I poured and it had 70 degrees for about 36 hours to set. It was approximately 2 inches thick. Your video helped me to realize that for that depth, I need to be using "deep pour" epoxy. This was very helpful. Thank you very much. I'm looking forward to trying it with deep pour and looking forward to seeing the outcome. I hope all the best for you in all your pours. I'm having a blast! God bless.

great video. I bought epoxy yestereday from HD without knowing about deep pour vs table top as there was only one product choice. I bought the table top and poured almost 1 inch. It's been 4 hours. I'll know tomorrow how bad I screwed up but with everything there's a learning curve. I'll follow your advice in the future.

I tried the deep pour resin for the first time and the result was amazing! ❤️ Can't wait to experiment with more projects using this method.

Question for you... and great video by the way! thank you for sharing your knowledge. Here's my question: if you are doing a table top for example and you're not going to see the bottom anyway, I mean what's underneath your epoxy, then could you conceivably put another piece of wood like plywood or something cheap maybe to fill half the space or up to an eighth of an inch and then fill the rest of that with the epoxy to save on money and to compensate for not having the deep pour epoxy?

Great Video, I working on my first project and planning on costing a wood bar top. I bought the deep pour thinking it was just a larger quantity of the table top epoxy. Can I use deep pour for a 1/8-1/4 inch bar top coating?
Thanks,

I'm very new to this epoxy porn but my question is my question is it a heavy or lightweight epoxy once it's dried example if it's a 1 lb epoxy when it's poured will it be a 12 oz epoxy when it's dry ?

What I have before me today is a 2-inch slab for a deep pour. I have about half the thickness already poured and it is cured. Now I have the remainder of my epoxy and I'm ready to pour that. Do you have advice, or do you have a video, that can demonstrate how to do a multi-layer poor when the first layer is already cured?

I'm pouring epoxy into a 1.25" wide painted channel around a picture frame, filled with different bottle caps. I want to pour epoxy into that channel about one quarter inch deep, to just cover the bottle caps around the perimeter of the frame.

My concern is that since the bottle caps are hollow underneath that I might get unpleasant bubbles throughout the poor as the air escapes while it cures, even though the channel itself was painted.

Any suggestions? Is this likely to be a major problem and possibly ruin my project? Thanks for the video.

Ok so when we say "deep pour" does this mean id have to pour 2in, cure completely, and repeat in multiple layers if i wanted to pour an 8in casing?
