Will it be acceptable, if we write the second paragraph (Overall, ..) as the last paragraph, as a conclusion or to summarise the information we gathered from the graph ?

The line graph illustrates the number of visitors to National Gallery, Art Center, State Zoo, Aquarium, and Museums in the city of Perk Flake between 1996 and 2016.
Overall, National Gallery and Art Center increased, but State Zoo and Aquarium decreased, while Museum remained stable.
In 1997, the National Gallery welcomed approximately 400, 000 people, but after 2004, number of visitors rose sharply to 800, 000 people. After that, at the same year, Integrious Art Center had the same pattern, but in 2004, it welcomed 3, 000 people, while Museum remained stable.
Then, the two remainings, which were Aquarium and State Zoo, decreased. However aquarium had the highest visitors among 5 places started to fell from 500, 000 people to 100, 00 . In 1990 state zoo began to decrease slightly from 300, 000 to approximately 100, 000

Can someone please let me know how much will i score based on this:
The graph represents the number of visitors in the city of Parkvale to different area of attraction between the year 1996 and 2016.
Overall, the National gallery which once has very few number of visitors has seen drastic increase of about more than 900, 000 annual visitors in last 15 years after 2000. Similarly IAC has significant growth such as 400, 000 approx in recent years which used to have least visitors in 1996 to 2000. The attendance for the museum remains quite stable since 1996 to 2016.
Meanwhile Aquarium which was used to be the highest source of attraction to the visitors has decrease to less than 100, 000 annual visitors. The zoo's also fell substantially from almost 400, 000 visitors to less than 200, 000

Planning to give exam at the end of this month. L7.5, R6.5, Speaking will get 6.5 but I feel stuck on the writing task 2 don't know what to do and can't evaluate where am I standing got no mentor or a teacher can anyone help me to do so, I need 6.5 minimum in writing to reach my desired overall score.
