Great video as always. I've been using aim trainers to supplement my game for a long time now back when I competed in fortnite and now valorant. You covered a lot of the bases through a short 15m. Wanted to add for those that are new to aim training, there are very specific aim routines that players can find and use for certain aim techniques after they benchmark themselves and it is easily found in the Voltaic discord. For example, the smoothness aim routine has been fairly useful to me for valorant. Love the content!

great & short video!
I don't think you could've explained it better. Aim training is still really new and there's lots and lots of ground undiscovered, you should get some aim training people on the podcast to discuss some of those topics.

I’ve noticed how my skin sticks or drags sometimes, which makes me adjust posture, which will affect how I perceive my technique. Have you noticed this as well? Makes me think having a sleeve is important.

Hmm I'm still not conviced aim trainers can help in actual gameplay, at least not in arena shooters

I don’t know if these gym analogies make sense because aiming is about precision and lifting weights about power.
