Absolutely nailed it again. I don't need any convincing, I am on carnivore for life. But Max is 100% on point describing the challenges we face.

People do not approve of your opinion, even despite all the evidence/results you can provide because it's contradicts their populist views and desires. People have their addictions, that's one thing, but most of all they live in fear of disapproval and are paralyzed in mediocrity as a result.

It's a lonely road, and like many lonely roads, it's also very rewarding if your willing to walk it.

Max, your videos are very encouraging and informative. Thank you! My life has changed following a carnivore life style. I started out following "The Doctor's Quick Weight Loss Program", a diet written in the late 60s, which I later realized is a very low fat carnivore program. It consists of low fat meats, cheeses, eggs and no dairy. I lost 90 lbs. very quickly. Then I followed KETO for a couple of years to maintain. I went strictly carnivore almost eight months ago and have lost an additional 55 lbs., for a total of 145 lbs. so far. I was eating a lot of butter for the fat with leaner cuts of meat. Instead of butter, I recently started buying chunks of trimmed beef fat from the butcher that I air fry and eat with lean meats. I've noticed that the weight is coming off faster. I think eating a lot of butter was slowing down the weight loss. My taste buds have evolved to liking mainly beef, occasional pork rib chops from the butcher, bacon, butter fried/boiled shrimp, and eggs. The only spice I use is Redmond's Real Salt and their smoked salts. I don't like the taste of chicken or fish anymore. I eat one large meal a day, and I only eat when I am hungry. There are days that I don't eat at all because the hunger isn't there anymore, and I used to be ravenous all the time. I have totally reversed my diabetes and have lowered my blood pressure. You are right, when the scale shows the same reading for weeks at a time I still notice a difference in the way my clothing fits.

Thx for explaining ‘fat adapted’. It seems there are people thinking differently. Carnivores on the brink of giving up should watch this vid. 👏🇦🇺

Max you did it again…..Great video!! Very informative. Just in time for me too….I eat regular Carnivore …eggs, all meats, butter & sometimes add spices which changes it to Ketovore. I’m 72 and have arthritis, stiff joints, extreme inflammation. Not moving enough & now seeing the results this year because of this sedentary lifestyle. So a few days ago have decided Lion Diet is what I need to do…..have been listening to all your videos & others regarding benefits of eating like a Lion!! It truly makes sense to me…..soon you will hear me ROAR🙏🥰. Thank you Max. I’m so blessed to have found you these last few months ❤

Thank you Max. A brilliant breakdown easily understood. I have been carnivore for 7 months. Very good results but struggling with electrolyte imbalance.

All true. When I first started 6 months ago. I ate nothing but meat n fat n salt. I never cheated. I could not stop eating though. However. My weight kept falling off. My pants my belt loops went smaller and smaller. Plus I never weighed myself. I just noticed that my big man butt just shrank to a regular dudes size. My legs thinned out. They were thunder thighs I tell you my old almost feminine looking physique changed to a young man’s physique. After awhile I didn’t need as much food. So my hunger was just satiated with one meal at 5 pm. I was never hungry. I never even looked at a vegetable or bread or a carb at all I had 0 interest in them. The site of snacks and sweets almost made me sick to look at them. So he’s spot on. If you get runs. Lower the fat. If you get alittle constipated up the fat. Beef tallow is fantastic. Glad I got the hang of it early on. I am blessed. Thank you my man. Great advice and tips always 👍🇺🇸

"Meat has always been free, roaming the land long before we were here to claim it. But control? That’s a human invention, born of power and profit. True nourishment doesn’t need a leash—it thrives in freedom, just as we do."-Quotidian

I LITERALLY WENT THROUGH THIS AND ALMOST QUIT. I started carnivore at 162lbs like bet "I'm finna be SKINNY!" and the scale went up 180 (SCREAMING) and refused to move for months. The only reason I kept going was because I could visibly see I was losing fat somehow. I also just felt happy af and I enjoyed eating meat until I was full. I was very hungry when I first started especially when I did my No Coffee experiment, I would be hungry af and cranky at like 5am lol. The crazy part is the night before I ate 2 ribeyes, and I would wake up feeling my stomach eating it's self... So I just ate. It took me a while to get used to the texture of fat, and eating butter, but more fat has helped with the hunger. I feel like if you used to be an eater, or enjoy food and can't really tell when you are "full" (because you are focused on how good it tastes or makes you feel) I would stay away from seasonings and cheese. I eat lots of raw dairy now, but in the beginning I did a clean BBBE challenge, and this taught me. I knew I was hungry because even cold meat and fat, with nothing on it would taste good. My mouth would water sometimes just looking at raw beef while ordering groceries. However other times I would cook, be all excited to finally eat, take two bites and then feel disgusted. On days like that I wasn't hungry, tired, or even thinking about food, my stomach felt full and unbothered so I rolled with it. I just got the point where I am naturally not hungry until like 2-3pm, I feast and then want to sleep so I've started to wait to eat around 7 or 8pm, shower and then sleep like a baby. I'm finally getting the "whoosh" of weightless after being on the diet since February. I crave sunlight now, which is crazy because I'm a hermit and love my AC. But It feels so good to sit in the sun, like I kind of get antsy now and end up going outside for a walk. My nails are like claws, and I've had to get a hair cut 3 times already when normally I am scared to because my hair used to take so long to grow. Also had to buy bigger bras. Skin is clear. The only downside is dealing with stupid - STUBBORN people, but that's pretty much my general complaint when doing anything lol. Unnecessary comments really bother me because I stayed quiet while you ate copious amounts of sugar, and you have the audacity to comment on how many eggs I'm eating. Family and friends have become less chatty because the results speak for themselves. Got my sister to try and she has already lost 3 dress sizes.

I love the doses of reality you give with your videos. It confirms a lot of things I have experienced over my life. I have eaten meat so long I have no desire to season it or even salt most meats. As you said, the people you associate with can determine your chance of success. For me meat is the real food and the rest is duck food!

Hello Max,
I'm loving the carnivore diet.
I'm down a dress size and its only been 11 weeks.
Meat has always been my go to.
My weakness is coffee.
I'm only hungry once a day.
I'm a huge Lamb chop person.
Thank you so much for sharing this information.

What made carnivore easier for me was establishing a daily meal routine based around my favourite foods. For dinner, I'll fry up a large pan of bacon and ground beef, lamb or venison, and add some fried eggs on top. After dinner I'll add several beaten eggs and grated tasty cheese to the leftovers and cook a frittata for my breakfast and lunch the following day. I was inspired to add eggs to every meal after watching Max's channel.

I'm a fan of Tim Ferris' philosophy of getting 80-90% results for minimal effort. Well, carnivore does take some front loaded effort for around two weeks, but once you get past cravings it is the easiest diet ever and has the best results you can get. It's so easy to throw some ground beef and salt in a pan for a few minutes and have a days worth of food. And true enough, once sugar cravings go away even ground beef and salt tastes good. It's the ultimate lazy minmax diet. No need to meal prep, no need to spend half an hour hovering over two pots on the stove, no need to remember grocery lists, no need to worry about overeating.

thanks.
we need more videos on transition to carnivore and timelines for when things can appear, good and bad. not everyone gets adapted within weeks, even months, and than it's pretty discouraging to hear your boast about transition going that rapidly 😢

My biggest problem are family events it seems like every 2 weeks is someone's birthday or something and I have some cake or bread and it boots me out of ketosis for a week
