In the U.S. when someone asks "how are you?" It's never an invitation to spill everything that's going on in your life at the moment. You just answer "good". It's just a way ppl say hello. And in eastern Europe any even-numbered quantity of anything is bad luck, because even numbers of flowers are reserved for funerals

A long comment: These clips have enlightened me much and, as a teacher of English as a Second language, it makes me consider my students' culture versus the cultural norms in my native land of Canada. Canadian cultural priorities: 1 - Politeness is sometimes taken to extremes, (especially with the word "sorry"), as in, "Oh, I'm sorry that my foot was under yours when you stepped on it." Also, saying "Please, Thank you, You're Welcome, Excuse Me Please, & Pardon?" are all mandatory; if not said, you are considered v.v. rude. 2 - This is in stark contrast to our national sport of hockey in which "checking" (like a "knock on" in rugby) is almost mandatory, and fighting is appreciated, (though penalized). 3 - Drinking. Not sure of what you mean in your clip with the phrase "public drunkenness." In Canada, minors are forbidden in establishments designated as bars. However, In most restaurants, (except Fast Food), Public Drinking is now common. If licensed to, many even serve liquor outdoors by extending their dining and consumption areas onto the sidewalk in summer, (a la cafe style), especially in European areas and Quebec. Most Restaurants, Taverns, and Pubs serve all kinds of alcohol - and, as long as the establishment serves food, minors may even be present till "last call". Most festivals and music concerts - even some movie theatres - serve alcohol, (if licensed by the province). Alcohol licensing is controlled by each province in Canada. But overall, since Canada is becoming more multicultural, our drinking laws and habits are changing. 4 - Marijuana consumption is legal in Canada. Visitors might be looking for the police when they see someone light up. However, it may be smoked, chewed and baked. But, like smoking and vaping, it may never be smoked inside a building open to the public and cannot be purchased by minors. For those who partake, it is important to know what province you are in because where you are allowed to consume or purchase it is different in each province. In some it may only be consumed inside a private residence. In others, this stinky stuff may be consumed anywhere, such as while waiting for a bus. Then, during their miasmatic ride, all passengers will remain composed and stoically silent and POLITE about the odour. 5 - Yet, people can only take so much of other people's LOUD loud music or conversation and might politely ask the offender to turn it down, ("I'm sorry, would you mind ... etc."). 6 - Also, Do NOT put your bag or backpack on the seat next to you on a bus or subway car. Though you will probably not be politely asked to move it, even if the car is crowded, you will become a pariah.7 - Overall, politeness is paramount.

My American friend said that he found it weird how in Australia strangers come up to you and start talking to you about random things or even getting aggressive.

I'd prefer an actual human voice in the dictation, rather than a computer voice.

The coolest culture is when you compliment someone and they give it to you.

In my country sellers in the streets leave heaps of gold piled on top of each other, literally lose bars of pure gold but if you steal one every one on the street will gang up on you. No need for security/sensors here lol

It wasn't very clear what was meant by "you would find yourself at the totally opposite end of the spectrum" when talking about Japan. Japan is even more densely populated than China overall, but Japanese people are famously "polite". My best guess is that what the narrator meant was that people don't push and cut in line in Japan like they often do in China.
