If the home was financed the lender required them to have insurance. Pay the deductible and file the claim.

All the empty homes are for pricing and market control it would seem. Probably games between big real estate holdings because they are not paying insurance when the homes are empty. When you piss off this many people playing pricing and hunger games, people are going to get pissed. What did you think was going to happen new ABQ?

I took a vacation from northern Idaho and checked out the Albuquerque area mid 2022... It's like the ghetto brought to the desert and then more ghetto added to it, 😉 just saying I don't think I'd ever drive through there again 🤔 bars on the windows of every house & business 🤨 that is a good indication the crime is high!
