Gables Vista water issues raise concerns among residents

Most Gables Vista residents have returned to their Denver apartments, but some remain displaced. The Cherry Creek Apartment Complex residents were without hot water for five days after a pipe repair failed twice.

Lets be clear. Despite what the man said about renters having rights. The renter has to prove the apartment is a health concern. Good luck with that. Unless you find the mold in your place and they don't repair it you are stuck there. You may be able to get out of your lease if you hire a lawyer to represent you. It will still be costly and unattainable for 99% of renters.
