VW Bora PD130/150 Turbo VNT (CLEAN)

Pd130 VNT turbo vanes carbon clean out.

Tools used:

• See through pipe (2 metres length)
• Mr Muscle oven cleaner with nozzle attachment
• 10mm socket
• 1/4 ratchet
• gloves
• Pliers

All I did was remove my EGR blanking plate and insert the see through pipe in throughly then I attached the mr muscle spray bottle on the other end and kept it pressed in until I saw clear foam starting to come out.

Once cleaned button everything back up and take it for a drive taking the car up throughout the Rev range engaging the turbo as much as possible to get best results.

don't forget to push up and down on actuator rod on turbo to free up carbon. Now down twice in Bora 226000 miles 👍
