Same story with rabbits who were introduced into Australia by European settlers. Rabbits super exploded in numbers due to being an invasive foreign species with no natural predators to control their population. Like cats, their overabundance disrupted the local ecosystem. The rabbits ate up the local vegetation. While the cats preyed on the local wildlife. SMGDH.

Why dont they wipe out snakes which are so dominant in the animal kingdom? I think its really wierd. What the cats hunt can be seen but what the snakes, reptiles, otters, etc, hunt, nobody can see. They're always ready to accuse something that can only be seen by naked eyes. Very short sighted.

These comments are so lame to be honest because the video literally states that cats are a threat to rare and endangered species of birds etc.We already have plenty of cats in the entire world, wiping a few will be equivalent to nothing. We need to understand that at the end of the day cats are not just fluff balls they are predatory animals who survive by hunting other birds and animals and we cant loose any more endangered species of birds and animals.

This is not the answer they have the rite to live same as all the other creatures there. Live trap neuter/spay and realse on a fenced-in area like a sanctuary I guess is what I should say. That's just wrong to kill cat's and let's not forget who brought the kitties there in the first place. It is just like mankind to just kill innocent defenseless animals it's wrong
