In response to patron’s request to discuss Neoplatonism, we will now have a quick short introducing the Father of Neoplatonism, the 3rd Century AD thinker Plotinus gives us the theory that the World of Ideas is not a literal world beyond this one but is instead the set of thoughts in an Intellect but this intellect itself emerged from a One beyond any Idea which is perhaps like what the Hermetic Tradition calls the "Universe" and what Hinduism calls "God"
In this video, I will not yet respond to the patron’s question as such but instead provide the groundwork to be able to later provide a full response about the somewhat later Neoplatonist thinkers Iamblichus and Porphyry
