I still feel that millennial are a less ambitious then their older counterparts. This is entirely interms of work ambitions. I feel they are A more relaxed generation than others and seek comfort over work.

Millenials are do as you want people, but the present society is extremely complex and therefore extremely demanding when it comes to selfcontrol and to understand complex system. Im less then optimistic.
