I have an older Flymo TL 400 Non Collect that really needs a new blade and a new cable and a plastic lug for the side of the mower to stop the handle coming off during use. I’m in two minds to buy these parts or just buy a new Flymo? The problem with the newer ones, I’ve noticed Flymo have changed the design of the blade and it doesn’t look as robust as the original one, and the cable on the newer Flymos no longer have plug in plug out cables because it’s wired in. So if the cable gets damaged you have to unscrew the plastic housing, housing the cable and unpick it out carefully with a screwdriver. I just don’t understand why Flymo done that, makes no sense to me. It seems yesterdays designers had more common sense, and the build quality seemed more solid on older models.

I have just bought a speedi mo 360c and the cutting height is too high on the lowest setting. I cant seem to find a spacer part for it. Does one exist.

I have the same problem, is it possible to use 3 spacers? I tried it but the machine seems to vibrate a lot.

No mention of ensuring the mower is unplugged from the electricity supply. Awful video.
