hot takes with IT up in here, but I am more floored that you liked Wolves of the Calla LESS than Song of Susannah!?

I do agree with you about IT and it's always made me feel like a weird King fan :D I like it mostly for the characters.

Strangely joyland is my second fav king, I dunno why but it just resonated with me

Totally with you on It. There is some crazy ass stuff in that book that detracts from the overall story and it is oddly paced. It isn’t an absolute masterpiece like The Stand 😆😆😆

The Stephen funko pop was the best bit 😂

I am really enjoying these ranking videos. I would probably rank Colorado Kid lower than Joyland. And I probably would rank It in the top ten, but you make a very good point about how can you give a book five stars (and the very highest ranking) if you don't like the ending, and I sure agree with you there. Maybe it would be #5 or so. You are definitely not making me mad; I enjoy hearing your opinions. Oh, and I would also rank The Green Mile way higher; yes, the movie was good, but the book was even better. :-)

The way you feel about the green mile is how I feel about misery

I appreciate your take on IT, as a "scary horror novel" I think Pet Sematary accomplishes everything it supposed to, but better. The ending ...pffttt.
As for Green Mile - I have the book but have yet to read it... I am not (this is a 1st complaint, or smi complaint...;-0) crazy about lowering the ranking of a book due to something that happens in a movie. If the book was totally different than the film, then you could rank it higher? I will say that I avoid the adaptations because I want to read the books first.

Question, did you read The Regulators or Desperation first?

Been listening with bated breath to see where IT fell on the list lol
I love that book and have read it 3 times but...oh well lol, I'll continue on though I don't know what to wait for anymore.
I guess The Shining.... hopefully it's not in part 4 lol

Does it matter in which order you read Regulators and Desperation?

Hi. I’m the Stephen King fan that you thought was going to make mad. IT at 42 and The Greenmile at 41 is bonkers. Ha ha. But I’m not going to give you too much grief it looks like Stephen’s bobble head said everything I wanted to say. 😂

It's mad that you literally have to do a drum roll and a deep breath in before you announce that It (and The Stand in your previous video) is listed where it is. Like yourself, I'm a huge King fan, and personally think The Stand and It are two of his best books...but the very idea that I or anybody else would get angry and leave you negative comments is insane, isn't it? Some people are pathetic.

For it, the villain is so inconsistent with its abilities, it's absolute nonsense.
