The indoctrination of being in this cult is nothing light and easily shed. We are also unique and individual that what works for one person does not for another. I’m glad you’re bringing this issue up because it is a challenge.

We were also taught that we are better than everybody else in the world.
We will survive and they will die because they are bad .
I know I need counselling. My thought process does not relate to being out of the JW‘s yet.

I honestly disagree because JWs are pushed to talk to people and talk to strangers, which may be a positive for people skills. They also dress OK, while many people never really developed any formal style. Sometimes being shy or autistic makes it hard to make friends. It was always my case regardless of norture.
