For folks who don't speak Greek: grind up whole grapes, and cook them in a large pot. Ladle and discard any impurities that form on the top. Filter the warm mixture through coffee filters (discarding the filters, as you go, if they get clogged). Taste. If it's not sweet, reduce it further and taste again until it's to your liking. When you're happy with the sweetness, add flour and heat again until it thickens. Zinonas said 300 grams, however that is not helpful, as he doesn't give you the weight of the reduced grape must. (I prefer using cornstarch, however flour is the more traditional ingredient.) Ladle the thickened mixture into blows and top with walnuts and cinnamon. (I prefer sesame seeds, but either tastes great.)
