I could have waited years to watch a proper ending to this magnificent story. Daenerys was one of the best characters in the fantasy genre. That scene in season one when she birthed her dragons with that incredible music and the build up to that moment, was fucking EPIC. I love Daenerys and hate how they portrayed her in the end.

Oh yes her "long descent in to madness" took a whole 2 episodes. She goes from bad hair day to killing tens of thousands of innocents the next day. If you read the books you will know that Daenerys learned way too much about the value of "the little person", being one herself for most of her life. She literally freed the slaves. When her beloved dragon was reported to have killed a child she listened to the peasant that told her this despite the advice of her council and literally locked her babies away for months just because of the POSSIBILITY that they might do harm to innocents. She literally kneeled down in the dirt to personally bathe a peasant man who had an infectious disease because that's how much she loves her "children". She would never ever commit the massacre portrayed in the movies, in the book. It was simply a cop-out by the writers of the show so they could wrap it up and move on to Star Wars. Stop trying to act like the massacre was foreshadowed or logical
