Bike manufacturers laughing all the way to the bank. Those prices are driven by market demand and not by any new technology. They will show you a person cycling in a wind tunnel and people will throw their money

Allmost all these bikes are build in China.
In China there is a Company called Winspace builds bikes, etc. just as good as these bikes for a quarter of the price.
This Company as been building carbon frame bikes for the European and American market for at least 10 years.
Their bikes are approved by UCI they can take part on any world wide races.

A pretty nonsense video. This is just post-covid, greed progression by the bicycle companies. I've worked in a bicycle shop for 25 years, at stores all over the world. Normal people do not need bicycles like this, they are expensive and uncomfortable. Have you seen the price of top-end cars and motorcycles, recently? There are folks all over the world that have so much money, they don't care what the price is. Manufacturers know this and are cashing in. Carbon is cheap and mass-produced in Asia.
Mid to high-end carbon and alloy bikes now come from Cambodia, it'll soon be India. Taiwan was the king but now seems too expensive..
