In 1853 the Manly Ferry embarked on its first journey.

In 1983 Aussie rock band Australian Crawl wrote a number 1 hit titled “Reckless” and within those lyrics mentioned the words “The Manly Ferry”.

Here’s what I found on my quest to learn more about these two Australian icons.
