Pro tip: do this exact recipe, but add a dollop of red miso on the salad leaves. It is SO delicious.

Chopping the chicken after cooking yields less dry meat and is the authentic way.

nice looking chicken but the dressing makes absolutely no sense.. your salad is gonna get cooked by the rice and chicken heat and be all muchy, same with the tomato which is going to leak its water into the rice. better options would be seaweed, omelette, juicy fried tofu, pickled ginger
