China's economic growth slows to 7% in Q1, six-year low

China's economic growth gets off to a slow start in 2015. The country’s economy grew by seven percent in the first quarter, and representatives from the National Bureau of Statistics stated that although the economy met expectations, it’s still the slowest growth rate in the past six years. China's GDP growth clocked in at 7.4 percent at the same time last year, its weakest expansion since 1990.
