The Loft is a two-storey holiday home designed and manufactured by Tingdene Homes under THL Modular branding. Tingdene have been active in the modular industry for 50 years with park homes, lodges, social housing, schools, hotels and student accommodation all being part of their portfolio.

Today’s off-site manufacturing has considerably advanced with THL Modular leading the way with cutting-edge design.
The Loft is constructed using a modular steel A-frame with Cedar cladding and high-spec finishing touches. The home is LABC approved and built to UK building regulation. The beauty and unique aspect of the Loft is its modular construction. The home is factory built, including full kitchen fit out, delivered to site and craned into place. It arrives in two parts meaning that siting takes just one week from the arrival of the home to completion. There are huge benefits to this; very little disruption on site with no delays in construction as the whole home is built in a controlled factory environment. The quick siting process means a fast turnaround on investment; 7 days after it arrives it can be rented out!

The Loft is a truly stunning home oozes luxury appeal from the exterior Brise-Soleil roof feature to the bi-folding doors and Juliet balcony. The interior boasts contemporary design and furnishings complete with spiral staircase and is inspired by Manhattan loft apartments.

I always love this one! I even talked to someone in the U.K., they don't have them in the U.S.. I wish they did! The downstairs large windows open fully, so you have an open wall, they accordion open. Thanks for the video!

This is 1 of the most stunning & what appears to be high quality homes! Absolutely beautiful windows that can open up to the outdoors or just allowing sunshine on both floors! One thing I did Not see is a washer/dryer hook-ups. This is 2 bedroom & 2 bath starting at $80, 000? I wish we had a company here in the USA that would make something with higher quality AND allowing for a “little larger” home vs the quality & size you get here for similar pricing!

Staircase is a deal breaker. It's visually interesting but not something you want to navigate multiple times a day, especially if you're carting things up and down.

Beautiful inside and out!! I love that it had two bedrooms and two bathrooms the living room was spacious didn't show much of the kitchen I would have loved to see more of the kitchen the cabinets space the stove the refrigerator and if there was any laundry room? And I love the front porch and the porch wrapped around half of it and the little balcony upstairs beautiful! I would want this home but I would want a laundry room added on with a washer and dryer LOL and I would like to see more of the kitchen the stove the refrigerator if it had a microwave. And of course the staircase the spiral staircase was really nice

I would never put a circle staircase in the middle of the livingroom area. And if I did it would be off the right by the wall. So the living space would have full visual site through the windows.

I love this house. It's stylish and looks like it has plenty of useable space inside. I'm 5'9 and the ceiling in the loft looks like it might be high enough for me to stand upright, which I don't typically see in many tiny homes.

Great layout! Love the Master bath w/that marvy tub! Roof top access thru skylight would be a stellar option.
