Chelsea could still get Mat hummels on a free, but they won't
They could have bought Emi martinez and not robert sanchez / petrovic / slonina / jorgensen .
Chelsea could have gotten a theo hernandez or dumfries or alphonso davies, but we got caleb wiley and viega (high risk )
We could have gotten kante back and not needed to sign ugochukwo or casadei .
We could have had Bastoni, which would cost around 50mil ( there was a time when they had a financial crisis ) and not have bought disasi or badiashle .

There is so much chelsea could have and should have done
Like chelsea could have easily gotten Jose mourinho back .
We would be in chamoions league, that's for sure (and done better than Arsenal )

We are apparently having to sell our academy boys to keep our finances in check. So why do we sell Gallagher and immediately use that money to buy yet another player? How does that make sense?
