Nice help! Thank you very much! I sent mine in retirement after he wouldnt start properly years ago becuase of an Hard drive error, after opening i saw that the 6 pin connector for the videocard was unplugged! Man if i had seen your video earlier :D

Thanks! Answered that those loose 6 pin connectors are for a video card. Haven't opened any computer in at least 15 years :-)

I was getting a continuous short beep after it had been sitting for a couple years unused. The person at "Upgrade Kings" had pushed the GPU card into the white cable with the push connector (processor power?). It's amazing it worked when I first got it. It must have cut through over time. I spliced it and it works for now. Probably need to solder it.

Bit of a longshot but I have this pc and it refused to boot a couple of times and now all that happens when I press the power switch is a sluggish but continuous click.
I'm not a pc guy so this means nothing to me.
Is this a dead giveaway to anything in particular and does anybody have any idea what this probably is or where I should start?
