Method -1
Step #1. Download FortiExplorer(If not have fortiexplorer Check Method-2)
Step #2. Connect Device using the USB Cable
Step #3. Power on Fortigate Firewall or Reboot Firewall
Step #4. Press any key for show menu
Step #5. Type [B] For Boot with Backup Firmware And Set as a Default
Step #6. Press Enter

Method -2
Step #1. Download Putty
Step #2. Connect Device using the Console Cable
Step #3. Click On Serial & Click Open
Step #4. Power on Fortigate Firewall or Reboot Firewall
Step #5. Press any key for show reset menu
Step #6. Type [B] For Boot with Backup Firmware And Set as a Default
Step #7. Press Enter

When I use the USB Management Console, I can access the CLI menu, however it requests the password (unknown) before I can execute the reboot commands. How would I proceed?
