This is actually some pretty interesting and potentially helpful advice on organising. The way you describe cleaning one room at a time and resisting the urge to drift elsewhere... that makes a lot of sense. Thank you.

I work on my phone a lot so its an unending loophole of needing to do something on it and getting distracted by it 🤒

Yep all the time while working out. I'm like super active to do cardio but sucks on weights and lifting . Always endup looking for phone or either walking back and forth thinking about something . I'm more of a cardio-friendly i guess .

I have found that my work focus helps with my ability to confidently open my phone. The homepage only has work related apps and widgets, that way I am not tempted to crack open a social media app. I also silence all notifications from my social media apps as well.

In order to help me from getting lost down rabbit holes on twitter, TikTok, Facebook, etc., I created an app timer of 10 minutes. Once I hit the 10 minutes my phone tells me I am out of time. I can add more time but having that sudden “wake up call” when I run out of time has helped a lot in preventing u habit of doom scrolling

Hello my friend and thank you for that video Post. I think your advice can be useful or I’m gonna do as a ADHD person. I’m gonna start using reminders on my phone so I will ask Apple every time to set up some reminders for the next day or late evening or next day morning, yes I might be hyper active but I know what I’m doing but thank you for the tip.

I have both autism and ADHD. Let's just say that they don't go together well😂😂 when I’m at school, it is allergy season, so that means that everyone is constantly, and very obnoxiously sniffling, and snorting, and one kid makes this really weird noise when he works.😬 with me, I hear these noises way more dramatically. I can't focus or anything. If I wear noise-canceling headphones, people look at me like I'm a freak🙄🙄😔😔 instead, I wear ear plugs, but after a while, they hurt your ears.
You know the drop feeling that you get on a roller coaster? I get that, but in my legs. No matter what I do, it just won't go away. During tests, you aren't allowed to move either. It's just so uncomfortable and I wish it would just stop! 😡😡
Thank you for this video btw!❤
