The African Union is planning to host peace talks in South Africa starting on Sunday to try to end the two-year civil war that has been raging in Ethiopia.

The Tigray People’s Liberation, which has been fighting the federal government of Ethiopia, has apparently not yet responded to an invitation to participate in the talks.

Africa analyst Adv. Sipho Mantula weighs in.

As Mbalula once said "It is talk's about talk's" while with Lamola after the results of the recent elections, actually Mandela's word's as I later found out . . . AU's Peace & Security Council - finally steps of reliance with the Continent will be realised if not a blueprint created, appreciated the analysis with the inclusion of the debate concerning the dam being built on the Nile if I recall well before the Container Ship incident . . .
