Afrika is the most mineral rich in the world. Imagine for a moment if the countries decided to create a mandate going forward . No more war on the continent unless it's defending it's borders from outside the continent.(2) Elect a body of leaders sworn to Afrikas progress, political will and a United vision (3) eliminate hunger in every corner of the continent (4) Use the money from the resources to advance Science, Engineering and entrepreneurship. The AU is not the same as OAU. The two biggest mistakes they made were to have the head of the capital in Addis Abeba and Amisom allowing neighboring countries to Somalia to bring their troops into the country. The reason why Somalia is still in this mess was because Ethiopia invaded our capital in 2008. That is why I think we should leave until the capital moves to another country besides Ethiopia or Kenya.
