Magnus almost dropped the knight and didn't press the clock to adjust his piece, then pressed the clock. Hans had already moved at that point so he re-created his move and pressed the clock. One move each at the end of the day, it's all good according to the rule I just made up.

This is a legal move as per FIDE regulations. Magnus Carlsen made his move by placing his knight and Hans could therefore make his move. Magnus Carlsen completed his turn by pressing the clock after Hans made his move and after he corrected his knight's position. THIS IS LEGAL. Hans did touch his king after making his move, but placed it on the same square before completing his turn. LEGAL, just really funny to watch.

That is correct and no cheating has happened as magnus adjusted his falling piece before pressing the clock. All legal!

It's a legal move. You can move on opponent's time after he moves it. He just redid the move before pressing time, but he didn't have to.
