I tried this recipe with 2.8kg bone in brisket. I seared the surface in hot oven to give that BBQ look and seal in the meat juice, then followed by 8hr slow and low roasting. It turned out to be amazing with tones of succulent meats and a jug full of incredible beef essence.

Note: Cooked this last night and the glaze burnt. Do not turn your oven up to 180 and put the ribs back in for 20 to 40 mins just leave it on 100. The text in the video needs to be updated.

One thing I would love would be for Food Tube to have a special appearance by the Fabulous Baker Brothers. They are amazing cooks and the back and forth banter between the brothers would suit this channel really really well.
