In honor of Contacts Lens Hygiene Week, here a few tips to remember when using contacts:
1️⃣ Get a proper fit for your contacts that works with your eye shape.
2️⃣ Learn the proper way to insert and remove your lenses to avoid the damaging them or hurting your eyes.
3️⃣ Always thoroughly wash your hands before touching your contacts to avoid the spread of germs.
4️⃣ Use contact cleaning solution and contact storage cases to store your contacts.
5️⃣ Never wear contacts past their manufacture date OR expiration date.
6️⃣ Don't be afraid to ask your provider questions if your contacts are bothering you. Better safe than sorry!
