Hello everyone, Today I show how to make Pickled Cucumbers easily and quickly. Pickled Cucumber tastes slightly salty and strong sour. This recipe is a secret way that the added the rice to make cucumbers become pickled cucumbers faster.

▶ Ingredients :
● 1kg, Cucumbers
● 1l, Water
● 1tbsp, Rice
● 2tbsp, Salt
▶ Method :
1. Use a sharp knife to trim off the cucumber both ends.
2. Fit the cucumbers into a jar.
3. Making the pickle brine. Add the water, rice and salt.
4. Stir until the salt dissolves. Bring it to a full boil, 20 minutes.
5. Let sit the pickle brine to warm.
6. Pour the pickle brine over the cucumbers.
7. Leave the pickled cucumbers in the temperature room, 3 to 5 days.
8. The pickled cucumbers taste slightly salty and strong sour.
