If you are trying to change something related to the device’s power management, but the Power Management tab is missing in Device Manager, here is what you will have to do. You can get back the Power Management tab in the device’s Properties after making a tiny change in the Registry Editor.

To fix the missing Power Management tab in Device Manager, follow these steps:

1] Search for registry editor in the Taskbar search box.

2] Click on Registry Editor in the search result.

3] Click the Yes button.

4] Navigate to Power in HKLM key.

5] Right-click on it - New - DWORD (32-bit) Value.

6] Name it as CsEnabled.

7] Restart your computer.

OK, found it at last. Don't bother doing what's shown in the video, it's a scam and it never works.

The actual variable you have to add has to be named "PlatformAoAcOverride" (to be created in the same place indicated in the video, same DWORD value = 0). Don't forget to reboot. Also works on Windows 11.

I could finally stop that f@#king netwok card from disconnecting my customers from their server every time the computer turned its screen off. You're welcome. And thanks Microsoft for being such assholes, issuing an update to purposedly remove the most important setting.

I exhausted almost all options.. NOTHING HELPED... Finally this simple trick did the magic. Reset the network adapter (update from your existing drivers in your laptop / PC) and hold the power key for 10 sec. Once shut down then restart again. Voila!!
