Hi, this does not work for me. This happened after the latest Window update. Any alternative ways to retrieve those menu options?

I solved this by going into BIOS (F2) and choosing load optimised defaults.
You may also need to disable in BIOS any CPU power controls that say, 'Overdrive', 'precision boost' or 'allow cpu to run at higher frequency when below power..etc'

After update 20H2 cpu cannot configured, and always hit a massive turbo boost in i7. It make 70C heat at normal usage. At this time i disable turbo bost to decrease heat... microsoft must fix it
