In this video I walk you through creating a unique graphic in Microsoft Word. I'll show you how quick and easy it can be using only Shapes.
Whether you are creating a newsletter, a flyer, or brochure – we like and need to use images. We can find images from online resources or upload photos that we have taken. But sometimes it’s nice to create something on our own that is unique.

I am far from a creative type, so what I think is really cool about creating your own design with Shapes, is there is no right or wrong.

This works in Word 2013, 2016, 2019 and I'm sure 2010 also.
