I found the best running coach in NYC to help me prepare for my goal of a sub-5 mile and marathon - Parker Gregory. He specializes in training hybrid and endurance athletes - from any strength or endurance based training (running, triathlons, Hyrox, etc). I’ll share how I found Parker and the process that led me to select him as my running coach.

Proper video, i love Parker's approach to coaching. He kept it so real yet shares a great positive outlook. He said a couple of things in this video which resonates with me and is a good reminder on how i need to rebalance my physical exertion and have the ability recover equally. I bike about 102 miles (164km) throughout the week and some days while biking i truly feel gassed and physically fatigued even before i hit my halfway mark on my ride, but mentally i just tell myself to dont stop moving, even if i have to ride slow, i gotta push through the pain as i know i can do it. Great video again, you looked in great form while training. Even with the shin splits. You are absolutely a unit 🙌
