Whether the child has huge appetite or not, it is the parent's job to provide the kid with the right nutrition and right amounts of food. It is no excuse that the baby throws a tantrum, children do that, and there has got to be another way to deal with it than giving the child what it wants. You don't buy your kid every single toy s/he wants, do you? And after a tantrum? No, not even then? Well why the hell are you responding to a tantrum with food if the child has alreafy eaten!?

I know a 7 y/o whos 60kg/132lb/9st. No medical condition just likes food. Hes also tallest in his class.

But yeah shes heading to 100/220/15 by 4 whichs pretty incredible.

A 10 y/o weighing 100kg is pretty common these days.
