3D Printed Drying Rack for Rechargeable Silica Gel Beads — Dry Reusable Desiccant

Rechargeable silica gel desiccant beads are great, but I needed a good way to effectively dry out a large amount at once. I designed these to allow air to easily flow through multiple layers of stacking racks. If you have a Bambu Lab X1c, you can dry them in there using the "Dry Filament" setting. Hope this helps!

I sadly printed this but didn’t realize it’s really for the X1C only. I have a P1S but don’t think we have that option. Your maker world needs a link to this video AND specify it’s really the X1C only.

Cool idea, but honestly, 5 mins - 4 times in the microwave (20 mins total) will dry them out a lot faster and is actually more efficient.

As long as you use microwaves all silica beads are regenerable. Just put them in the microwave.

All silica beads can be recharged, not just the indicator ones.

Put this dry rack upside down on a box of empty resin bottles. Make a catchment with one or more funnels below to fully empty resin bottles rather than trying to cure the resin.

Aren’t blue ones cancerogenic and toxic?

I'm worried about moisture accumulating inside my printer

These are great trays, but what's with the misinformation??? A proportion color-indicating pellets is all that is needed, FYI they have nasty chemicals in them, and most importantly: all silica gel is rechargeable.
