Building a Product for Doctors when MVP is just not enough. Digital Health Interviews: Jack Godau.
Показать описание
The books and startup mentors teach us to create an MVP - a minimum viable product with a minimum set of features and go to the market to validate the idea, get some feedback, and possibly change the roadmap. But there are cases when MVP just doesn't work and it takes several years to create a product and go to market. Though of course, it doesn't cancel the communication with your target audience while building it.
00 Greetings
32 Jack's intro and if he got involved in digital health by the matter of choice?
21 What kind of expertise should software developers have in order to work in digital health?
13 When you receive the list of candidates, what do you consider the most important part of their resumes?
43 What is Doctorly and what kind of a problem the product solves?
10 There is no technical innovation in the product, right?
47 UX is super important for a product like this. How do you validate it?
53 How big is your roadmap?
29 Does the technological stack really matter for solutions like that?
40 Who is Chief Digital Officer and what are the responsibilities?
38 What are the biggest challenges in your position?
35 You dedicate quite some time to building the culture of the company and promoting some values. It’s rare for a tech person to do that. Usually, you’d imagine some other positions in the company should be responsible for that. Why do you think this is so important?
20 Is there a remote mode for the employees right now at Doctorly?
58 How do you imagine the future of work?
40 You are also mentoring other founders and CTOs. What's your motivation for doing so?
10 Have you thought about creating your own startup?
47 Jack's recommendations for startup founders in digital health.
