I would appreciate if you can do reviews on Matt Wennings programs for natural average lifters who are not compete in powerlifting, crossfit etc. especially reviewe his warmups. Im not questioning the wenning warmup but Im confused if every person can apply the wenning warmup? For example, how can a untrained 16 year old beginner, a 50 year old soccer mom, a 30 year old well trained meathead, a fireman, an elite football athlete or a elite powerlifter like him, all with different capacities, backgrounds and experience use the same warmup with 3 or 4x25? How is that possible? Thank you for sharing so much great content

Do you have any xfit programs you find pretty good? This is exactly what I see with most CrossFit gyms. I personally work with a former regional competitor who transitioned to Olympic weightlifting coaching, but my program while based on Olympic lifting, has a strong CrossFit element with some things like core work. I d really well on it.

I’ve been doing CrossFit for 10 years and I’d agree that this programming lacks more benefit than it provides.
