At what stage should I file my evidence in the court?

But Amit Ji, filing all your evidence s beforehand makes you lose the element of surprise in front of your opponents.... I am sure there must be a strong reason why some lawyers (quite a few lawyers are big educated experienced) don't want their clients to file their evidence s beforehand .... Filing all our evidences beforehand must have some negative s attached to it. .... Kindly make a video & discuss this particular issue as well in your next episode .... May be filing evidences later rather than earlier has more pro's attached to it than cons, experienced lawyers would have thought of all these things before advising their clients to file their evidence s at a later stage .... What is truth, what is a MYTH .... Make a seperate video and elaborate that to us, O lawyer by the name AMIT !

I assume you are talking on behalf of a petitioner but from an respondent/ defendant point of view he has to wait till cross examination is done and affidavit of evidence is required to be submitted, right?

When is the time to file evidence, though? Ive read numerous cases which showed evidence should not be attached to the complaint because the complaint gets judged off face value and things in it cannot be argued as evidence later.
