5-10 Chicken Thighs
Flour
Egg
Panko
2-3 cups oil

Tonkatsu:
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp shoyu (soy sauce)
1 tbsp mirin (white wine)
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp worcestshire sauce
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1 clove crushed garlic

I have just about all the ingredients sans the Panko breading and I’m going down to Walmart right NOW to get some and will be making this in the next few hours! Made this the other day and it was bomb!!! Super easy to follow, nothing hard whatsoever and I pretty much had everything in my pantry! It tasted more like a zippys katsu not L&L but boy it was STILL BOMB!!
