Not too nice but it's just my opinion. Your airspeed is a bit too high. Why don't you use more flap and floating on the edge of the stall so you can land the glider smooth and nice ? :) You bounced the glider of the ground cuz of your speed.. I think you landed with a tailwind, but your speed is still high.
