The Bat Totem in the island is a Shrine for Hir'eek, the bat Loa. Is quoted in one of the short stories.

Honestly, I don’t understand how you don’t have more subscribers... your content is spot on and I actually learn something from it- you have fantastic mic quality- and you have a voice fit for people to listen too. It’s all really fantastic!!

Your content is a delight. I hope your passion carries you forward to cover other iconic areas in World of Warcraft. Best of luck, my dude.

Just a shout out to my boy Death Flayer, who shared skins with Sarkoth. He was one of the coolest scorpids in the entire game during early Vanilla, due to his battle speed (which sadly got nerfed). He also had both "Claw 2" and "Scorpid Poison 1" which at level 11, was pretty damn handy for a Hunter. Hella hard to tame if you were below level 13, but doable. I ALWAYS grabbed him as my first Hunter Pet, for all my Horde Hunter Toons. :)
Thanks for the great vid ( as well as the others) my Buddy!

I've been playing WoW for most of my life, actually. And I didn't know most of these.

I think dancing Duakna is a reference to players. Ive seen a lot of people just run into a place and jump on tables and start dancing before running out.

This is honestly some of the best content out there for this market of chilled warcraft lore type stuff

Oh man, this is awesome. I never really looked too closely into lore when I played- yes, I was the loser who never read quest text- and watching your videos have been totally eye opening! I've been learning a lot about lore recently so this is the perfect companion piece. Thanks for the high quality work, as usual😃

In Skull Rock there is also another named mob that used to drop a quest item. The item still drops but is of grey quality and no longer used. The dark skinned orc if you look at his model closely is actually the Alpha version of male orcs. Similar to the release version playermodel, but with key differences in quality, pose and armor.

Should make a long video covering every environmental change the cataclysm brought

I remember back then, if you take the coast from echo island to the kul tirans, you’ll find an Ally hostile sitting on one of the edge

Fun fact about the pickaxe of Thrazz-Rill. When vanilla servers first re-launched for classic WoW you could find a queue of low level horde standing in line and awaiting their turn, one-by-one to grab the pickaxe and finish the quest.

Just found this channel and I’m loving the videos, as someone who started playing in BFA, it’s cool to hear about all of the changes made to these areas

You have a wonderfully paced manner of narrating and your articulation is great. I played WoW from launch all the way through Cata and was finally able to break the habit. Your videos make me want to try it again, but with a fresh, slow, and considered style. Cheers!

Dont forget alot of the bosses in the questing area used to be elite; rsulting in better loot dropped at level 7 or lower too .
