I use the washing bag and drying line on my cruises. I do it on an at-sea day. I do the laundry. I string my line across the veranda. The breeze dries it often within an hour. You're not allowed to do that, but if nobody sees it, it didn't happen. (oh yeah, do it AFTER your room is cleaned so it's not noticed). Also, I bring white zip ties. On the first day on board I attach them to the top of the veranda divider. It's not visible. Then I can hook the drying line to it when needed. At the end of the cruise I cut the zip line off. Saves me a fortune.

I like all of your tips except for the bed bug spray. It just doesn't work.
if there are bed bugs, they'll just scurry away until the area dries and then they come right back. So don't be dependent on it
