My Equipment:
After this interview, I received a lot of constructive feedback about my sound and video quality

James is talking about tongue-posture or the phenomena that has become known as 'Mewing': professor Mew practices orthotropics and promotes the holistic benefits of holding the tongue firmly at the roof of the mouth.

As a vegetarian what healthy options do we have for chewing which is equivalent to chewing raw meat practiced by our ancestors for over million years ?

Based on these ideas I ordered a bag of raw "mastic" gum (can be used for chewing) from Greek island of Chilos. I see some people are trying to build jaw bone etc. by chewing it daily. I have a dental implant that can use some more bone around it. Dentist says not possible for it to grow... let us see!

It seems like if our ancestors were chewing 4 hours a day then their diet must have been mostly low calorie, fibrous foods. Not that much meat huh?

How do you "de-evolve". I wish someone other than writers with liberal arts degrees explain the evolutionary mechanism of how jaws got slimmer?
