The Division 1.8.3 Hunters Faith PVE Build in Detail. Thats not the build you will do the highest possible damage with. It is also not the build you can oneshot every enemy (many, but not all). That is the build you will be able to play every mission solo with sniper and stay alive. Or make your group happy that they dont have to revive you everytime you leave the cover. I am sure there are many better builds but thats the one I like to play with and I want share with you. Sure could I use a SMG or Assault rifle as secondary but I was looking for a challenge and that was double sniper setup in all legendarys.
