Here's the story i got from the video.

That bear killed a famous rabbit, who was known to hold a red daisy. Fed up with the guilt and sorrow that he, along with the other creatures featured, felt he decided to turn himself in, going the most twisting and turning path to give him time to reflect on what happened, and to just hope that people are willing to at least look at him without glaring.

So... if that is the case, do you forgive him, even after killing a beloved person who was loved by all? Do you still hate him? Do you think he did the right thing turning himself in? Do you think he deserves worse than jail time?
Or maybe you think he was framed... there were other predator animals who feast on rabbit in the cells, each with a different flower.

I realized the story

The bear killed a bunny and comes to his senses and turns himself in and the flower was the bunny's and the bear takes the flower to hold it in the bunny's honor, and all the animals in the prison went through the same scenario and kept the flower.

I really hope I'm right but if I'm wrong, well I tried, thanks for reading my theory and this was probably already established thou.
